Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stylae. We deliver across all 64 districts of Bangladesh.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Saturday to Thursday, excluding government holidays). Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Friday are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation call or SMS before your order is dispatched, so please make sure the phone number on your order is correct and reachable.

Delivery time and charges

  • Inside Dhaka city: 1–3 business days, delivery charge 60–80 BDT
  • Dhaka sub-urban and Gazipur, Narayanganj, Savar: 2–4 business days, delivery charge 100–120 BDT
  • Outside Dhaka (all other districts): 3–5 business days, delivery charge 120–150 BDT

Exact charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Payment options

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Bangladesh, as well as advance payment via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and card. Some high-value or customised orders may require partial advance payment, and our team will confirm this with you before dispatch.

Courier partners

We ship through trusted nationwide couriers including Steadfast, Pathao, RedX, and Sundarban Courier Service. A tracking number is shared by SMS once your parcel is handed over.

Checking your parcel

Please check your parcel in front of the delivery person. If the item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, refuse the delivery or report it to us within 24 hours with an unboxing video or clear photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Failed or returned deliveries

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the phone number was unreachable, the address was incorrect, or the customer declined to receive a confirmed order, the return courier charge may be applied to future orders.

Delays beyond our control

Delivery may be delayed during Eid, national holidays, hartals, strikes, natural disasters, or other situations outside our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is affected.
